Barcelona, April 3, 2025 – Concept International Spain, a hardware manufacturer and value-added distributor, will make its debut at the Advanced Factories 2025 trade show, taking place from April 8 to 10 at FIRA Barcelona. At stand 4G721, the company will present its range of industrial hardware solutions, including mini PCs, industrial panel PCs designed for extreme environments, and rugged tablet PCs.
Advanced Factories is the annual meeting point for industrial leaders, bringing together innovative companies in automation, robotics, and digital manufacturing. Within this framework, Concept International Spain will showcase its latest solutions designed to enhance efficiency and reliability in demanding industrial environments.
Among the featured products on display will be the FutureIPC IPK Series, a fully encapsulated industrial PC with IP69K certification, ideal for extreme environments with high humidity, such as factories, irrigation systems, and commercial kitchens. Its robust design allows for use even underwater or with steam jet cleaning.
Even in less humid environments, the aluminum casing of the FutureIPC IPK Series offers excellent protection and efficient heat dissipation without the need for a fan. Its durable design meets industry standards and ensures reliable 24/7 operation.
The interfaces include two LAN ports, two USB ports, one COM port, and one HDMI port, allowing for a wide range of connectivity options. Flexible mounting options, such as the VESA mount, provide additional installation versatility to meet specific application requirements.
FutureIPC IA Series for Demanding Applications
Also on display at Concept’s stand will be the FutureIPC IA Series. Equipped with an extended temperature range (-30 to +70 °C) and a broad set of interfaces, this fanless industrial PC is perfect for demanding applications in sectors such as automotive and manufacturing. The aluminum casing provides additional protection against shocks and wear.
The IA series also offers a variety of interfaces, including three Ethernet ports (two 2.5 Gbit and one 1 Gbit), eight USB ports, and up to six COM ports, ensuring flexible connectivity.
Concept will also showcase the FuturePAD FPQ10, the thinnest rugged tablet PC in the industry, resistant to shocks, water, and dust, ideal for industrial and maintenance environments, with vehicle mounting options for trucks and forklifts. The tablet PC features IP65 protection against dust and water jets and is drop-resistant from heights of up to 1.2 meters.
Thanks to its ultra-thin design and lightweight build of just 690 grams, the FPQ10 offers a high-quality user experience similar to a consumer tablet while incorporating an integrated laser barcode scanner, making it the ideal companion for mobile applications.
FuturePPC Industrial Panel PCs: Durability and Reliability in Extreme Environments
Additionally, the FuturePPC I and FuturePPC IK industrial panel PCs will be on display, offering extreme durability and robustness for the most demanding environments. Equipped with touchscreen displays, their applications range from manufacturing and process automation to facility control and highly specialized settings.
The FuturePPC I series features IP66 protection and comes in a sturdy aluminum housing. These are ideal for manufacturing and process automation, running Windows 10/11 (Pro/IoT Enterprise) or Ubuntu Linux as an HMI (human-machine interface) or for system control. They can operate in temperatures ranging from -20 to +70 degrees Celsius and can be used even with nitrile gloves thanks to their IP66 PCAP capacitive waterproof touchscreen, even in humid, dripping, or splashing conditions.
Meanwhile, the FuturePPC IK series, available with a fanless aluminum or stainless steel housing, offers even greater protection with IP69K certification. This means the computers are completely waterproof and dust-resistant. They are also resistant to rust, shocks, and vibrations, featuring fully encapsulated and waterproof I/O ports made of stainless steel, allowing optional connections for 1x HDMI, 2x LAN, 2x USB, and 1x COM port. The panels are also available with WLAN and Bluetooth upon request.
Concept International will also present the new DT362 and DT382 mobile POS terminals from DT Research at Advanced Factories. Designed to optimize operations in industrial and logistics environments, these 6-inch and 8-inch models stand out for running Windows instead of the more common Android or iOS, ensuring compatibility with traditional enterprise systems used in warehouses, distribution centers, and production plants.
With advanced connectivity via WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3, they enable real-time communication with warehouse management systems (WMS) and fleet control software, improving traceability and optimizing operation times. Built to withstand harsh conditions, the DT362 DH and DT382 DH models feature IP65 and MIL-STD-810G certifications, making them resistant to drops, vibrations, dust, water, and extreme temperatures.
Additionally, they include high-brightness touchscreens (850 nits on the 6-inch model and 800 nits on the 8-inch model), ensuring optimal visibility indoors and outdoors. They also incorporate 1D/2D barcode scanners and advanced options such as UHF/RFID readers, enabling data capture at distances of up to 10 meters without contact.
Robust Industrial Mini PCs for Automation and Control
Concept International will also showcase a selection of industrial mini PCs from Giada, designed for demanding applications in manufacturing, automation, and embedded systems, including the F109D, AE613, and OPS PC612 models. These solutions ensure high performance, reliability, and seamless integration into advanced industrial infrastructures.
“Advanced Factories 2025 is an essential event for the industry, offering us the opportunity to demonstrate how our solutions can optimize productivity and safety in the most demanding industrial environments. From industrial PCs with advanced certifications to rugged tablets for extreme mobility, our solutions are designed to deliver performance and reliability,” concludes Pablo Entrena, Business Development Manager of Concept International Spain.
