DT Research’s DT313Y Rugged Windows Tablet is designed to be used as a human-machine interface and is serious alternative to panel PCs and laptops.
The tablet is powered by eleventh-generation Intel quad-core processors. On the storage side, you can install up to 32 GB RAM and 2 TB SSD. A 13.3-inch LED multi-touch display is installed in the 27 x 33.5 cm case, which only weighs 1.8 kilograms. Numerous interfaces leave no connectivity wishes unfulfilled: The DT313Y integrates interfaces that are important for the industry, such as Ethernet (RJ45), USB-C and USB 3.0. It is also protected against vibrations and drops according to MIL standards and IP65 certified.
The optional 60 Wh or 90 Wh battery can be replaced during operation and gives the DT313Y a runtime of eight or twelve hours. Optional extras include an attachable QWERTY keyboard, which turns the tablet into a fully-fledged laptop, and a digitizer pen, which allows handwritten annotations and signatures. The tablet also enables the use of smartcards for authentication.
